# Holiday peak: every promise and every change, in context

> Customers asking where the gift basket is. A supplier moving a delivery day. A courier with an exception at the door. A growing online gifts business keeps all of it on WhatsApp, and already works with AI agents. Circles gives those agents the chats they need, when they need them.

**An online business can give its AI agents the customer, supplier and delivery chats it chooses with Circles**, so an agent can read the actual messages before drafting a reply: changed delivery dates, unanswered customer questions and supplier updates. Circles supplies the WhatsApp context; order systems and other tools stay where they are. Pro $29 a month (₪99 in Israel) with 14 days free, as of October 2026.

**Illustrative business scale:** ILS 5 million in annual sales, about USD 1.6 million. This rounded profile describes the scale of the business, not revenue created by Circles. [Currency reference: 9 October 2026](https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/exchange/eurofxref/shared/pdf/2026/10/20261009.pdf).

## December, and the chats never stop

Gift baskets, personalised boxes and corporate orders, sold online and coordinated on WhatsApp. In the weeks before the holidays, the owner's WhatsApp carries hundreds of customer chats, a group with each supplier, a group with the couriers, and corporate buyers who order forty boxes in one voice note.

The business already uses AI agents to draft replies and keep track. The hard part is feeding them. Copying a customer's thread into an AI, then the supplier's update, then the courier's photo, takes longer than answering by hand, and the context is out of date by the time it is pasted.

- **Customer promises** ("it will arrive Thursday") are made in chat and have to be kept.
- **Supplier changes** arrive as a short message in a busy group.
- **Delivery exceptions** come from couriers as photos and voice notes.
- **Corporate orders** mix quantities, addresses and greeting card text in one thread.

## How an agent works with the chats

The agent can pull context itself, from the chats the owner chose, at the moment it acts.

1. **Choose the chats an agent may read**: Customer chats, supplier groups and the courier group, as read. Personal chats stay hidden, and a hidden chat does not exist for any agent.
2. **Let the agent pull context before it acts**: Asked about an order, the agent finds the customer's messages, the supplier's update and the courier's voice note, already transcribed, and reads them in order.
3. **Show, draft, reply**: The request asks the agent to show the messages it relied on, with sender and time, before it drafts. The owner checks the originals, then sends the reply, or, on Pro, lets the agent send in chats opened for sending, within a daily cap.

## The question to copy

**Example request to the assistant**

"Which orders have a changed delivery date or an unanswered customer question? Show the messages before drafting a reply."

An example answer, shortened. The customers, suppliers and messages are invented.

- **Corporate order, 40 boxes.** The supplier moved the chocolate delivery from Sunday to Tuesday. *Source: Supplier group, yesterday 16:05.* The customer was promised Monday. *Source: Customer chat, last Wednesday.*
- **Gift basket for Ruth.** The courier could not reach the recipient and sent a photo of the door. *Source: Couriers group, today 11:40, voice note.* Ruth asked twice where it is; no answer yet.
- **Personalised box for Daniel.** He asked whether the card can say "Happy anniversary" in place of "Happy holidays". *Source: Customer chat, 09:12.* No answer yet.

Shall I draft replies to all three? I will show them first.

"The agent reads the chat before it writes. Customers get an answer that knows what we promised."

Illustrative quotation for this scenario.

## What changes

- **Context when the reply is written**: The agent can read the latest messages itself, so the draft can reflect what was said this morning.
- **No copying chats into an AI**: The chats the owner chose are one request away for every connected agent.
- **Couriers and corporate buyers, as they write**: Voice notes arrive as text in Hebrew and English; photos and documents are handed to the agent on request.
- **Sending stays chat by chat**: Read by default. Sending only where the owner opened it, with a daily cap and a log of every send.

## Where Circles fits in the stack

Circles is the WhatsApp layer: it gives connected agents the chats the owner chose, ready to read. It is not an order database, an inventory system or a billing tool. Orders, stock and invoices stay in the systems the business already uses, and agents reach those through their own separate integrations.

Circles is also built for one person and one personal number. For staff who answer customers together on a business number, a team inbox or the WhatsApp Business API is the better tool. [Circles or the WhatsApp Business API](https://usecircles.app/en/compare/whatsapp-business-api).

## What the assistant can see, and what it cannot

- **Only the chats you open.** The owner opens customer, supplier and courier chats as read, and may open a few for sending on Pro. Everything else stays hidden, and a hidden chat does not exist for the assistant: it is not listed, not searchable and never named.
- **Read, or read and send, per chat.** A chat opened for reading has no way to send. Sending is a Pro feature, works only in chats you opened for sending, stops at a daily cap (5 messages by default, across all your agents) and is never retried automatically.
- **HTTPS in transit.** Connections between your browser or AI client and Circles are encrypted with HTTPS.
- **A dedicated IP.** Your account connects to WhatsApp through its own dedicated IP address, shared with no other Circles customer.
- **Revocable at once.** Hide a chat or disconnect an assistant, and access ends immediately. Every request an assistant makes, refusals included, is in your activity log.

## Which plan fits

A business with hundreds of customer chats needs Pro: $29 a month (₪99 in Israel) for every chat chosen, full history, and sending where the owner allows it. Free (2 chats) and Starter ($9.90 a month, up to 5 chats, read only) are useful to try the workflow on a few suppliers first. Everyone starts with 14 days of Pro free, with no card. ## Questions and answers

### Is Circles an order management system?

No. Circles gives your AI agents the WhatsApp chats you choose. Orders, stock and billing stay in your own systems, which agents reach separately.

### Can my agents reply to customers automatically?

Only on Pro, in chats you opened for sending, within a daily cap across all agents. Circles never sends in bulk and never retries a send.

### Does it work with the AI agents we already use?

Yes, if they speak MCP or HTTP. Circles works with Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Instinct and your own agents through the API.

### Can an agent see the photo a courier sent?

Yes. Circles keeps photos and documents and hands them to the agent on request, up to 50 MB. The agent looks at the file itself.

### Is the turnover figure on this page real?

It is an illustrative, rounded figure within the range the owner gave, converted at dated ECB reference rates. It is not audited and is not a result of using Circles.
