When Circles fits

Use Circles to catch up on selected groups, search past conversations, find a document, or let your existing assistant read the chats you choose. It is hosted: you do not run a WhatsApp bridge on your laptop. Your existing number and WhatsApp app stay in use.

Circles is not a standalone AI assistant. It is not a WhatsApp Business Platform service for customer-service campaigns or bulk messaging. It connects as an unofficial linked device and is not a WhatsApp or Meta product. Read the security and permission details before connecting.

Start with what is allowed

  1. Ask which chats are open

    Call allowed_chats first. A hidden chat is not listed or searchable. Only the person can change chat access in Circles.

  2. Read only what the task needs

    Use activity to find recent changes, catch_up to read them, search to locate a message and documents to find files. Voice notes are transcribed in Hebrew and English. Files can be fetched on request, up to 50 MB.

  3. Confirm before sending

    Sending requires Pro, the relevant scope, a chat opened for sending and the person's approval of the exact message. The daily cap applies across agents. If the outcome is uncertain, never retry a send automatically.

Free: 2 chats, read only, the last month. Starter: $9.90 a month, up to 5 chats, read only, the last three months. Pro: $29 a month, the chats you choose, full history and sending where approved. In Israel, Starter is ₪29 and Pro is ₪99 a month.

Try a useful first request

After connecting an agent and opening a chat, ask: What changed in the group I selected today? Show the decisions and anything I need to do.

For a file: Find the latest PDF in the chats I opened and tell me which chat it came from. The answer can cover only the messages and files available to that connection.
