Privacy policy

Circles is run by 3Peaks. For any question about your privacy, write to mayanc@3peaks.dev.

• Your account. The phone number you sign up with and the language you chose.
• Payment. Stripe handles your card and keeps it. We keep only a customer ID and the state of your plan.
• The WhatsApp you link. The chats, messages, files and contact names WhatsApp sends to a linked device. You decide which chats your agents can see. The details are on the privacy page in the app.
• Chats with the Circles number. What you write to our assistant on WhatsApp.
• Use of this site. Google Analytics cookies, only as you chose in the cookie question.

To run Circles for you, to bill you, to help when you ask, and to learn what works on the site. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

A few providers process information for us, each only for its own job:

• Vercel and Fly.io: hosting
• Neon: the database
• Stripe: payments
• Soniox: turning voice notes into text
• Periskope: the Circles WhatsApp number
• OpenAI: the assistant on the Circles number, with training on your data turned off
• Google Analytics: measuring the site

Some of them work outside Israel, including in the United States and the EU. We also share information when the law requires it.

• Your account, for as long as you have one.
• WhatsApp data, for the history window you chose. Unlinking a number deletes what we stored from it.
• Chats with the Circles number: for customers, until a year after the subscription ends; for everyone else, 90 days.
• Billing records, for as long as the law requires.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to mayanc@3peaks.dev and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK you can also ask for a copy to take elsewhere, or object to a use. You can complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, or to the data protection authority where you live.

The site uses Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages help. In the EU, the UK and Switzerland they stay off until you say OK. Everywhere else they are on until you say No thanks. We use no advertising cookies. Your answer is kept in your browser.

Change my cookie choice

Access to your information is limited to the people who need it to run Circles, and access is logged.

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. If a change matters to customers, we will tell them.
