Case study: a parent of four

Four children, eleven groups, one question at breakfast

Four class groups, football, drama club, the parents' committee and the carpool. A mother of four can spend the first hour of the day scrolling. With Circles she asks one question, asks for the group and sender of each item, checks what matters, and the rest of the morning belongs to the children.

A parent can connect the school and activity groups to an AI assistant with Circles and ask each morning what needs action, grouped by child, asking for the group, sender and time of each item so she can check the original. Open only the school groups, keep personal chats hidden, and ask from the phone. Free for 2 chats, Pro $29 a month (₪99 in Israel) with 14 days free, as of October 2026.

7:10, and the groups are already awake

Four children means four class groups. Add football, the drama club, the parents' committee and the carpool, and there are eleven groups that matter, plus the ones that do not. By breakfast there are 140 new messages.

Somewhere in them: Thursday's kindergarten pickup moved to 13:00. The eight-year-old needs a white shirt for the ceremony. Swimming is cancelled. A teacher wants a signed trip form by tomorrow. The coach changed training to 17:30, in a voice note.

Reading all of it means looking at a phone while four children ask for breakfast. Skimming it means missing the one line that changes the afternoon. Either way the cost is attention, and it is paid at the table.

  • Changes arrive late, often as a correction to a message from yesterday.
  • Each child has their own obligations, spread over groups that look alike.
  • Voice notes hide the details: the time, the place, what to bring.
  • Most messages need nothing: thank-yous, birthday wishes, a lost jacket.

How the morning works with Circles

Three steps. The first one happens once.

  1. Open the school groups, as read

She links her WhatsApp once, from the phone, and opens the class, activity and carpool groups for reading. Family, friends and work stay hidden: a hidden chat does not exist for the assistant.

  2. Ask one question

From Instinct, right inside WhatsApp on her phone, she asks what the children need. The assistant reads only the groups she opened, voice notes included, transcribed in Hebrew and English.

  3. Check the source, then act

Her question asks for the group, sender and time of each item; Circles hands the assistant all three with every message. She checks the original before she changes a pickup or buys a shirt, then gets on with the morning.

Instinct is the quickest way in on the move: you ask from WhatsApp itself, by text or voice note. How Instinct connects. More requests for class groups: parents and school groups.

The question to copy

Example request to the assistant

"What do the children need for tomorrow? Group it by child and show the source messages."

An example answer, shortened. The children, groups and messages are invented.

Noa, grade 2

  • White shirt for the ceremony. Source: Grade 2B parents, the teacher, yesterday 18:40.
  • Signed trip form, due tomorrow. Source: Grade 2B parents, Dana, Tuesday, with the PDF.

Itai, grade 5

  • Football moved to 17:30. Source: Under-11 team, the coach, voice note this morning.

Maya, grade 8

  • Nothing new for tomorrow. The math test is next Monday. Source: 8C class group, Sunday.

Ari, kindergarten

  • Thursday pickup is at 13:00. Source: Kindergarten parents, voice note, today 07:02.

"I read one answer at breakfast and I know who needs what. The groups can talk all they like."

Illustrative quotation for this scenario.

Groups are messy, and an assistant can misread a correction or a joke. That is why the question asks for sources: a pickup time is worth a two-second check. Circles itself does not add events to a calendar or send reminders. Ask for the list, then put what matters where you keep it.

What changes

Fewer places to look

One answer across eleven groups

The morning starts with a short list per child. The groups are still there when she wants them.

Clearer decisions

Decisions on the original

Ask for the sender and the time, open the message, then change the pickup or skip the practice.

Control from the phone

Open, hide, disconnect

Groups are opened and hidden from the phone, and an assistant can be disconnected in a tap.

Voice notes included

The coach's voice note, as text

Updates sent by voice note are part of the answer, transcribed in Hebrew and English.

The point is the time in between: breakfast, the walk to school, the drive to practice, with the phone in a pocket.

What the assistant can see, and what it cannot

  • Only the chats you open. She opens the class, activity and carpool groups as read. Everything else stays hidden, and a hidden chat does not exist for the assistant: it is not listed, not searchable and never named.
  • Read, or read and send, per chat. A chat opened for reading has no way to send. Sending is a Pro feature, works only in chats you opened for sending, stops at a daily cap (5 messages by default, across all your agents) and is never retried automatically.
  • HTTPS in transit. Connections between your browser or AI client and Circles are encrypted with HTTPS.
  • A dedicated IP. Your account connects to WhatsApp through its own dedicated IP address, shared with no other Circles customer.
  • Revocable at once. Hide a chat or disconnect an assistant, and access ends immediately. Every request an assistant makes, refusals included, is in your activity log.

Which plan fits

For one or two groups, Free covers 2 chats, read only, one month back. Starter, $9.90 a month, opens up to 5 chats, three months back. A family with four children usually has more groups than that, so Pro, $29 a month (₪99 in Israel), fits best: every chat she chooses and full history. Everyone starts with 14 days of Pro free, with no card. Compare the plans.

Questions and answers

Can an AI assistant read my children's school WhatsApp groups?

Yes, with Circles. You open the school groups you choose, as read, and the assistant can read and search them, voice notes included. Every other chat can stay hidden.

Will it add events to my calendar?

Circles itself does not write to calendars or send reminders. It gives your assistant the messages; you decide what goes in the calendar, after checking the source message.

Can the assistant post in the class group by mistake?

Not in a group opened as read. In Circles a read-only chat has no way to send, and the assistant is told so if it tries.

Does it understand the coach's voice notes?

Yes, in Hebrew and English. Circles transcribes voice notes automatically, so they are part of the answer.

Can I do all of it from my phone?

Yes. Linking, choosing chats and asking all work from the phone, and Instinct answers inside WhatsApp itself. WhatsApp AI on your phone.
